Returns & Refund Policy

At Iron Mile UK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the information below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn
  • Be unused
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

Iron Mile UK reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Iron Mile UK cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges may only be refunded where required by law.


5. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange or refund depending on the situation.

If you would like to exchange an item (for example due to sizing), please contact us before returning the item.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases we may offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Items may not be eligible for return if they:

  • Show signs of wear or use
  • Have been damaged after delivery
  • Are returned without original tags where applicable

Items returned showing signs of wear, washing, or odour may not be eligible for a refund.
